Delivery cost? Can you guarantee the delivery time?

We offer free delivery to all UK postal address. Also, international postage will be free of charge when you spend over £200! We will do all we can to help avoid or minimise custom charges. However, if any custom cost still occurs, this will be your own responsibility.

We cannot be held responsible for delays after we have dispatched the order as they are dealt with by a third party. We currently use Royal Mail UK. If there is a delay after 5 working days for UK and 14 days for international, send us an email stating such. We will assist you in investigating where your order is.

What is your return policy?

Shop smarter on British Men's design. As soon as you've decided you'd like to return, let us know. You have 30 days from the date you received your order.

 

Items must be returned to us unused with all original tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

We will reimburse your return postage for defective items, items that are not as described or wrong items sent.

 

For your change of mind and wrong sizes, you are responsible for the return postage.   

What should I be aware of If I order outside the United Kingdom

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.

Will I have confirmation when you receive and despatch my item(s)?

Yes. And all our customers will access to our VIP dispatch notification email from us and Royal Mail.
